Passerine in Honduras (1 Viewer)

This is my first post. I found this bird when walking on UNITEC campus (a university in Honduras). I was not birding, so photos were shot with my cellphone. I tried to identify with Merlin with no success. Any guesses will be highly appreciated.

Place: Tegucigalpa, Honduras (Central America).

Thank you Bewick. I didn't recognize it because it was juvenile. Now I see is definitely a black-headed siskin.
