Peacock on the loose (1 Viewer)

As title was almost home yesterday early eve when i see this large wingspan bird just lading in the tree, i jump out of the motor & quickly managed a picture on me mobile, when i got home i could just make out a crest on the birds head that looked like a Peacocks so done some google searches to find there had been some sightings in same area but no reports of Peacock missing.
So is this a Peacock...?
