Pentax Warranty Service? (1 Viewer)

I own a PF65. It broke in half in when I was unwrapping it from its protective transport padding 2 weeks ago. I completed Pentax's online warranty claim form right after. I've had no response. There seems to be no way to call Pentax to get a response. Can anyone recommend how to get some warranty support from Pentax?
