Hello all,

I'm not sure if this a Meadow Pipit or a Tree Pipit? I have several pictures taken on the same evening which are clearly Meadow but i'm not sure about this one.

Its in a tree after all....

I agree with Meadow, although I think the "bigger spot" is actually a part of the tree.
 
Missed this one first time round. Is this really as easy and straightforward as everyone thinks? Wouldn't mind seeing a second photo myself.

Up here (north of Sweden) I ONLY see Mipits in trees..
