Pipit : Lizard Point SW England (1 Viewer)

Hi, this taken today on shoreline at Lizard Point SW England. Looks rock pipit to me but (experienced) birding friend says more like water pipit.

Any votes either way ?

It's a Rock Pipit. Water would show stronger, whiter supercillium, wing bars and underparts for example.

Seconded with Andrew......also described as a "smokey" plumage.

Quite olive and smudgy - Rock Pipit.
