Quick-find Index to Collins Bird Guide 3rd edition (2 Viewers)

I have updated my Quick-find Index from the 2nd edition, and also expanded it slightly to fit the present 3rd edition. As always, I wanted it in regular Word format, to allow individual adaptations without any major problems. However, that format does not seem to work any longer .Let me know if you find mistakes, please.
