Hi there, please could anyone ID this for me? Taken from a distance yesterday in the coastal region of Abruzzo in Italy, near Pescara. Thank you!

Silhouette in the first image looks like Bonelli's Eagle. Of course, the colours are hard to assess and the resolution isn't the best, but with some imagination, you can make out relatively long legs that look like they're feathered. Second image looks a bit different, maybe it's the angle - or is it a different individual?

Thank you! Second photo is the same individual - it was very far away. I really couldn't tell myself, from the photos. Not sure if it could be anything else?
