Raptor from Kinabalu, Malaysia (2 Viewers)

Hi all, saw this raptor at Kinabalu Park (around the restaurants area) and initially IDed it as a juvenile Rufous-bellied Eagle, but this species seems rather uncommon at Kinabalu + the top views of the bird's plumage doesn't seem to match that of a juvenile Rufous-bellied Eagle (unless this top view is of another raptor?). The only other raptor present at the time was a Crested Honey Buzzard.

Happy to receive any help on this raptor ID! Thanks in advance

All juvenile Rufous-bellied Eagle, presumably not close, the light merely exaggrating the contrasts between light and dark areas in the upperwing. Compare- ML412757301 - Rufous-bellied Eagle - Macaulay Library
