Rough-Legged Buzzard? (1 Viewer)

It doesn't look like a Rough-legged Buzzard to me - with more than one band. I think it may be a Honey Buzzard but I not really familiar with European birds.
 
Agreed - Osprey. See the enlighted pic attached here - wing shape and pattern typical for an Osprey.
