Pogonocichla stellata macarthuri van Someren, 1939 OD here (nor completely seen)

The Eponym Dictionary of Birds claims:
Shelley's Francolin ssp. Scleroptila shelleyi macarthuri Someren, 1938
White-starred Robin ssp. Pogonocichla stellata macarthuri Someren,1939
C. G. MacArthur (fl.1915–1945) collected entomological specimens at Merifano (1932) on the Tana River in Kenya. He was employed by the Kenya Game Departement (1939-1945). A mammal is named after him.

The Key to Scientific Names
C. G. MacArthur (fl. 1943) entomologist, collector with Kenya Game Dept. 1939-1943 (subsp. Pogonocichla stellata, subsp. Scleroptila shelleyi).

What his first/middle name was I have no idea as well when he was born. He may or may not have died 1945.

Cuthbert Geary MacArthur
Baptised1896 Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India
Residence1911 England
Marriage22 Jul 1933 Nairobi, Nairobi Area, Kenya
Death27 Nov 1958 Kenya
FatherJohn Thomas MacArthur (1854-1920)
MotherCatherine Helen Ryall
SpouseIsabel Florence Mouncey GILFILLAN (1904-1932)

Note Some documents have 1893 as his birth date but this seems to be because he lied about his age at enlistment in 1911 - after the war he suddenly became 3 years younger (ie b. 1896) and if he was baptised shortly after birth then this conforms to his baptism date.
