I was watching the birds in the garden on saturday morning and noticed one of the Starlings looked a lot paler than the others. At first I thought 1st winter plumage but after looking in my Collins bird book and on the net, I ruled that out as they usually have a darker body and a lighter head where as the one I saw has a darker head and body and lighter wings and tail and is paler over all than a normal Common Starling. Apart from it's odd colouring it looks like a Common Starling, I suspect it's possibly partially Leucistic. What do you all think?

In the next pic, the odd starling is the one with it's back to you.
