Just wanted to commend Swarovski UK HQ for their good customer service.
I recently damaged the lens cap on my AT80HD so that it no longer remained in place. I searched online and the best I could find was a replacement from the US at $21.00. I was going to go for it but luckily the US website wouldn't allow PayPal to accept my contact number as it was in the wrong format. So I tried a local optics dealer who mainly sell astronomical equipment; they kindly contacted Swarovski who sent me one through the post free of charge! Unexpected.
