Swarovski replacement parts? (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I recently lost the rubber ring from one of the eyecups on my Swarovski 8x30WB bins. I've found a few sites online that supply replacement Swarovski eyecups, but the £25 quoted seems unreasonably high for a small piece of rubber to me. Can anyone recommend a good place to try? I literally need just the rubber ring that fits over the end of the eyecup.

Thanks,
Jamie.

I would be tempted to try getting in touch with Swarovski directly, they may replace such an item as a good will gesture.

Ring up Swarovski direct and I am sure they will more than likely put one in the post for you and I would be surprised if you get charged.

Hi,

Just to say thanks again for the replies. I contacted Swarovski by e-mail today regarding the missing rubber ring (and asked about some replacement objective lens covers) and they replied very quickly to say that they would send me some free of charge today. Good stuff.

Regards,
Jamie.
