i purchased these back in the 80's. great bino's, but does anyone know where i can purchase an objective and eye covers.

How about a few pictures.
You could try land Sea and sky (also known as Texas nautical) 713-529-3551 ask for Less. They are the official swift repair dealer. I’ve bought Audubon and other Swift binocular accessories from them as well as had many of my binos serviced there. You could also purchase some aftermarket caps/covers from Opticron, they have an extensive collection that fit many binoculars, you’ll have to measure the size needed. If their website doesn’t have the specific one you need , they can be had on Amazon as well.
