Ok, I just understand. In fact, Cabanis linked his genus Poospiza with 3 species of Chipiu (No 142, 143 and 144 of Azara book) but none of them are the real Chipiu, hence the fact that Chenu and other authors misinterpreted the attribution of the name Chipiu.

So, if the real Chipiu is a Sicalis, what name cited by Azara could be suitable for the Poospizinae?
