USA Shutdown, impact on state parks? (2 Viewers)

When visiting Machu Picchu, seen the guards with fully automatic weapons, standing by. Rarely, if ever, is that encountered here in the states. Yet, actions by individuals seem hell bent on pushing us closer to it. At Gettysburg in the last ten years, two monuments dedicated by survivors of the event, have required rebuilding because of collisions by automobiles.
