Being Phyllosophical
Not really about migration itself, but more about some issues concerning standing up for a longer period on a vismig spot.
Are there any vismiggers who, as I do, experience lower back pain when standing on a vismig spot?
I tried walking a bit once every half hour, sitting down on a chair and stretching, but when it's a good day with lots of fly overs, those things become pretty unpractical and of course I do not want to miss anything.
Of course calling for a physiotherapist is an option, but I wondered if anyone here experiences likewise issues (now or in the past)...
