Dundee Birding....(target 150 in 2024).
On an initial look I'd say Dunlin. It could be something more exotic but on a view like that I'd probably not pay it much more attention if I saw it on my patch (which could be why I've yet to find an exotic 'peep' there - or maybe we just don't get them, as neither has anyone else).
