Hi Matt,

Thanks, I don't know what I will put in for you when Secret Rivers series ends as I know you look forward to them knowing the area. The swan pit intrigues me I think I have heard of them before an old man (was it Jack Hargreaves) used to do a country series from an old barn or shed? years ago mentioned them. Please let me know all about it after the programme.

You do live in one of the best birding areas around.

Ann :egghead:

Thanks Ann. Shall be watching more telly over the next week what with the weather we are having. Feels like autumn already doesn't it?

Alex

Hi Alex,

The way the Coal Tit has been eating and storing black sunflower seeds all weekend he knows the weather is getting worse, he is better than weather forecasters for getting it right and it has been cold, showery and windy today.

I am well thanks Christine and Alfie is a lucky boy tucked up in bed already, I just keep putting off making the effort to move and climb the stairs as usual. One day I will find I have been asleep in the chair all night I am sure.

Big kiss and hug for Alfie please when he is awake of course don't want to spoil his beauty sleep.

Ann
