what kind of snake? (1 Viewer)

i have a question.i am not a snake genius but i seen this snake over by a pond by my house. it was black and yellow through it and a really small head.
it was under a bridge in a ground hog hole. its head was like a ball python. when it seen me it bolted under the bridge. i thought it was a water snake. what do you think it is,keith

where abouts in PA are you?

it's also possible it was an escaped pet, did it really have a ball python head?
