What wagtail is this? Portugal (1 Viewer)

Hello! I saw this wagtail that didn't look like neither the white nor the grey wagtails that I usually see.
It wasn't like fully black and white like the white wagtail, more like all an all around greyish. Also, the head pattern looks different than the white wagtail I usually see.
Is it like, a juvenile? or a different type of white wagtail?

I think ssp subpersonata needs to be seriously taken into account here. A dark pattern on the ear covers connected to the nape, a black border above the supercilium - they indicate this African subspecies, or a hybrid - what date of observation ?- May excludes juv. plumage.
