Andrew Whitehouse got it -- Metropolitan Park, Panama City, Panama. The Rock Pigeons were the big clue as to this not being a wilder location.

I am going to guess Everglades, Florida. Although, the Keys seems more likely for White-crowned Pigeon.

You got it! Everglades National Park, Florida in mid-winter. White-crowned Pigeon is an uncommon resident in Miami-Dade. Not as common as in the Keys, but always around with some effort.

I also edited the scoreboard as per Andrew's request -- JoanT got 6 pts for the last round instead of one.

For the last one, White-crowned Pigeon only shares its range with eastern species such as Blue Jay and Red-bellied Woodpecker in extreme southeast Florida. All the wintering passerines/warblers were just "noise" for those who may not know that south Florida is home to a good range of wintering neotropical migrants.

Australia Cairns

I agree with Cairns Esplanade - a site where I recorded not a lot less than this while in a glass-sided elevator! One of the more difficult lists to add to!!

You both get +6 pts. Although JoanT did get the location right (Cairns), there are multiple birding locations within the city and this list was specifically taken out from the Cairns Esplanade so Welsh Peregrine gets 6 pts, too. I remember getting my life Double-eyed Fig-Parrot, Varied Honeyeater, and Mangrove Robin in the remnant patch of mangrove forest just to the north where the mudflats end. Great spot.
