I'm totally aware that these are awful photos, bridge camera and very fast bird, but to me they seem consistently to have a fairly shallow forked tail compared to some I was seeing and but no real sign of a pale throat. All are same encounter.

Yes, it looks like it's flying away from you in 3 (and 2), so foreshortened. Fork seems longer when it's side-on in pic 1.
