This large eagle was seen and noted by multiple observers in North-Western Karachi in an urban setting which gets many raptors.
The immediate consensus was that this is a White Tailed Eagle due to its sheer size compared to the adjacent Eagle and Kite. This is a very rare bird for this region with handful records from before.
