Wren, Huatulco - Mexico (1 Viewer)

The breast being not streaked or spotted on both individuals, it still a mystery though, as Banded Wren should be marked on breast. here a more pics showing well the breast.

I attached a photo of the local subspecies of Bewicks taken further North. Away from the range (Bewicks doesn't occur there) and habitat (it lives above 1200 meters and my birds are at sea level), the colour and, more important, the shape of bill are all wrong.

Why aren’t these Bewick’s?
