Hi All,

earlier this year I let the wind catch my Z85 on the tripod, result one decker scope. No glass broken, but the front thread is bent so I can't extend the lens hood, which did help somewhat wen viewing into the sun on winter days.

Obviously my own bloody fault, so any ideas where you get this kind of fault serviced, and what sort of turnaround. I figure I can't be the only guy who's dropped a scope :eek!:

You return the scope to Zeiss in the UK and they will send it to Germany.
