Identification
24 cm. Green tinged blue, especially below, olive-brown chest, bright red underwing coverts, yellowy under-tail with a blue tip, un-feathered blacki and orange-pink head, bordered by a broad yellow collar of feathers, followed by a second black collar, short, square tail, green/grey bill with yellow spot at base of upper mandible, orange eye. Distribution
Brazil south of the river Amazon.
