Taxonomy

Formerly included in Three-striped Warbler.

Subspecies

Clements recognizes these subspecies[1]:

  • Andes of southeastern Peru (Puno) to northwest Bolivia (La Paz)
  • B. p. punctipectus
  • Andes of central Bolivia (Cochabamba)
