just back from NE India
really was 'birding in the clouds' and bloody cold at nite too! :eek!:
successful trip with 3 Rusty-bellied Shortwing (mega-rare :bounce: ) at Lava, Rufous-throated Wren Babbler there too and several other localised species like Yellowish-flanked Bush Warbler, Fulvous Parrotbill and Yellow-breasted Fulvetta among others. Nine laughingthrush species and several rosefinch and phyllosc spp too.......and i finally got to grips with Cutia! o
best of all though was Red Panda.....will try and post a pic tomorrow
