A Namaqua Dove (Oena capensis) was seen yesterday at Safia reserve, Oued Dahab region by Abdeljebbar Qninba (who is the first to report the Sudan Golden Sparrow at Bir Anzarane in late January). No photos yet as the team still in the field for a release operation of mhorr gazelle into the wild, if and when they emerge I will put them in the corresponding post in the Moroccan Birds blog.

A second Namaqua Dove with a small tail at Safia reserve seen yesterday by the same observer.

Edit: photos posted.
