:t: Hello BirdForum.
A new guide, should reduce the risk of birds of prey being killed
illegally around Pheasant release pens.Birds of prey primarily
Buzzards,Sparrowhawks and Tawny Owls, typically take fewer
than 2% of young pheasants from such pens.
Where predators cause more serious problems,a booklet presents
methods to reduce visits by birds of prey. This good-practice guide
from the British Association for Shooting and Conservation,is
based on research by BASC.
