Migrant Warblers in Florida (1 Viewer)

A magnificent list of 22 species of North American warblers were recorded during the weekend of 09/14-15 at Saddle Creek Park near Auburndale, Florida. They included:

1 Blue-winged Warbler
2 Tennessee Warbler
14 Northern Parula
3 Yellow Warbler
6 Chestnut-sided Warbler
1 Cape May Warbler
1 Black-throated Blue Warbler
2 Blackburnian Warbler
2 Yellow-throated Warbler
3 Prairie Warbler
1 Cerulean Warbler
2 Black-and-white Warbler
6 American Redstart
2 Prothonotary Warbler
7 Worm-eating Warbler
2 Swainson's Warbler
19 Ovenbird
4 Northern Waterthrush
1 Kentucky Warbler
1 Common Yellowthroat
3 Hooded Warbler
2 Canada Warbler

This list represents the peak of the migratory season, which in Florida occurs during the middle of September.

I'll be in Florida first two weeks in November. I guess I'll miss the migration then, wish I was there now!! ;)
