Yosemite 8x30 - places to find them (1 Viewer)

New member
After a month or more of researching, I decided to purchase a pair of Leupold Wind River Yosemite 8x30 binos. Once my decision was made, the hard part came along... finding them. Below are a list of links and prices I found for anyone else who is looking for them. I have no connection with Leupold or any of these dealers, just thought the information might be of use to others interested in these binos.

These companies are in no specific order, and may or may not have them in stock.

NOTE: Some of the links are long, so they might "wrap" in this message.

Eric,
I don't know about the rest but Eagle Optics has a unique return policy. You can use them for up to 30 days and return them for any reason. Just keep the packaging intact and use a spare neck strap.

I see this is your first post and a useful one it is! I am pleased to be the first member to welcome you to bird forum!

Cordially,
Bob :hi:

Ceasar,
Thanks for the welcome. I did no about the 30 day return (thanks to Wuchak), that is why I went with EagleOptics.com on my purchase.

The neck strap is not an issue as I use the "Leupold X-treme Binocular Harness". I have one on my camera, and cannot imagine not having one on my binoculars. If I set the strap to the correct sizing for myself, it gives me the correct amount of tension for using the camera/binoculars for cutting down on my "shakiness".

The only issue I have right now is trying to find the "equipment attachment" parts of the quick connects on the harness to put on my binoculars. I would like to have 1 harness, but have a set of "quick connecters" on both my camera and my binoculars so that I can just "attach and go" with whatever piece of equipment I plan on using at a particular time.

If anyone has an idea as to where I can find just the "equipment connector" pieces of the X-tremem Binocular Harness, please let me know.

Later,

Eric
