Not sure about this guy,also he looks a bit different if you look at his head dont think hes injured as he can fly ok but visits a lot and just stands looking round any info

Well.... I think it's got to be a female Blackbird Kayes. Though what's wrong with her I've no idea.

Looks pretty serious to me, sadly.
