Austral Parakeet
Formerly placed in the monotypic genus "Microsittace," this conure ranges further south than any other species of parrot in the world. Its short, stubby bill gives its face a "pushed-in" look. Sometimes called Austral Conure or Emerald Parakeet, this one is presumably the more southerly nominate race characterized by larger size and paler coloration.
