Basil Thyme (Clinopodium acinos)

Very pleased to find about 100 of these tiny plants locally to me, a new site.
These are on the Rare Plants Register for Kent (UK).
No doubt in a few years this field will be built on though (this is why all these plants become rare)!

Brilliant close-up of this beautiful and rare species. Developers always win out, at least in the USA. An unfortunate scenario! TFS these beauties L&D!!!!!!
