Beware The Ides of March, Sad Raven (Corvus corax)

No obvious signs of what happened to this Raven - no blood or wounds visible. A nearby pair were both present this morning - would they be responsible?

with population density at such a low level here i wouldn't have thought so but ravens never fail to surprise. i suppose poisoning is a distinct possibility.
