Black Kite (Milvus migrans)

My lens doesn't have a lot of reach, and the setup more used for documentation and identification, so I was pretty excited when this guy rode a thermal up right beside the cliff I was hiking along and I was able to get a decent shot. Any tips or thoughts are appreciated.
