Yes. I checked a Japanese fieldguide and an Australian one...It looks like some kind of Noisy Miner - bowerbird morph with Mallee-fowl feet. Does look tropical. Wonderful photo- and very interesting. Sorry if can't help..
 
I have added the name for this and the dove. While I personally have nothing against captives (as long as it only involve people with a professional approach), please note that photos of such are not allowed in the BirdForum gallery. Some of the non-Australian species in your gallery are not species you randomly stumpled upon in the wild. Jurong is the likely origin of several of these. Regardless, nice photos.
