Buff-winged Starfrontlet (Coeligena lutetiae)

Several of these smart hummers were trying to use the set of feeders run near the top of the ridge only (for the most part) to be driven off by the numerous, dominant Shining Sunbeam's. Not really enough light for flight photography but you have to give it a try!

Semi-arid montane ridge and cloud forest.
