Caspian Tern
At first, I thought it was a gull, and then it took a tern-like plunge, which warranted a closer look. This is another lifer for me, so I am glad I got a clear photo.

A great shot, congrats on your lifer! (I've only seen the species once, but didn't find it myself, and got a terrible picture with the bill blurred).
