Phylloscopus collybita
That looks suspiciously like a Chiffchaff, the eye ring is very bright and the legs much darker than one would expect to see on a Willow.
 
Supporter
I was focusing on the varied-coloured breast (white & yellow), but you're right, it's a chiffchaff.
