Cockroach (Pseudophyllodromia sp.: Ectotiidae)

My wife and I are going to Colorado for a few weeks so today will be my last post until we return. Great birding and photography my friends.
Habitat
Tropical lowland humid deciduous broadleaf forest (rainforest) at 44 m (144 ft) elevation.
Location
Northwest of Gamboa along Pipeline Road, Canal Zone, situated in the Soberania National Park, Panamá Province, Panamá

Happy holidays in Colorado. One of these cuties, a really big one, bit me at night in my house in QLD. After I moved in, I fought them for weeks to get them out of my kitchen on the ground floor. In words, I got up in the middle of the night and killed them with a spray. Not a nice job but def. necessary. The attack came weeks later, in my AC sleeping room on the first floor. No idea how it got there.
Lovely insect, lovely picture but a pest at home.
