Hovering Kestrel (Falco tinnunculus)

another from Otmoor - fortunate to find a Kestrel hovering very low!

Would have liked a higher shutter speed, nevermind. Seems that people like the flutter effect!

A beautiful Kestrel image. I like the stationary body and blurred wings - that's the way Kestrels are. Nice one Cactus.
 
Thanks for the comments! I've just tweaked the image a little more to add some sharpness to the head.
