Bank vole after a days fishing in the lake disdrict. Just couldn't resist the odd piece of dropped sweetcorn! Dusk, lucky to get this 'lil chap.

Great capture; I used to have these run over my feet while fishing... not seen one since I swapped Rod for Camera ;)

Thank you for your thread Chris, I didn't know if I would have any responses cos it's an old piccy, and a bit obscure, however you kno' the critters well, so I am very grateful for your post;) I was glad to have met 'im, even for less than a minute!
