I know we shouldn't upload nest sites but this was taken at the Falls of Clyde which is a very well known site that has 24hr protection until fledging.

Excellent digiscoping!
I wouldn't worry plenty of other people seem to have taken pics of peregrines at nest sites.
Seems to be the best way of getting good pics of these cracking birds.
