Personal Observations (Carduelis tristis)

I didn't realize that American Goldfinch are nosey birds. They are constantly peering into the window and watching me. Perhaps they are spies for the boss...nah.
Habitat
marsh
Date taken
Sept 24, 2007
Scientific name
Carduelis tristis
Equipment used
Canon Eos Rebel
I like a lot this close-up, it is different from the typical ones, with the head popping out of the vegetation. Lovely warm colours too. Very nice job!!! :t: :t:

Thanks for the compliments. It's not hard when the subjects are four feet from your nose.
