The lake's mascot is the Pygmy Cormorant (Phalacrocorax pygmeus), it is absolutely alone, arrived in August (8 months ago) and accompanies itself with the step ducks that it follows everywhere.
Now, that it is spring, I often see him playing with sticks and straw, as if he wanted to make a nest, which is why I think he is female. It shows no desire to leave and now it does not fear my presence, it is quite visible on the lake, so if I see where it is I also understand where most likely there are also ducks of arrival
