2 anxious,excitable Swallow chicks,having spotted their parents flying across with food.
Several prs nest each year on an old Industrial estate,it used to be the local Tannery.The river runs alonside,and just across the road,lots of farm fields,so flies etc in abundance.I actually see these guys in the fileds when I am walking our dog .Their nesting areas are very well protected by the workers in the unit.One of the garage owners,said that the Swallows had been nesting in his workshop for the last 35yrs.
