I went to this reserve as a Bittern and Water Rail have been seen recently, they did not show for me,but this was a nice compensation.

Hi Cashie, Yes Lavell`s lake is part of/next to Dinton pastures, if you don`t want to walk from the main car park, there is a small car park on the opposite side of Sandford lane from the sailing club.
